The reform received one hundred and seventy-nine votes in favour and one hundred and seventy-one against, with parties such as PSOE, ERC, and PNV supporting it, while PP and Vox opposed it.

The reform will permit the use of co-official languages in plenary sessions, committees, and all initiatives, aligning with commitments made by the PSOE to gain support from nationalist parties.
