The Spanish Football Association announced that centre back Diego Llorente tested positive for the virus and is currently in isolation.
This announcement came two days after captain Sergio Busquets left the camp when he tested positive for the coronavirus. No other team member has tested positive, but all squad training has been suspended.
Players who test positive must stay in isolation for at least 10 days, meaning both Busquets and Llorente will miss the Euro 2020’s opener against Sweden.
