ERC has set three conditions for their support, including amnesty, a referendum, and the transfer of powers for the regions public transport to Catalonia.

The news came as Coalición Canaria stated that their vote for the investiture is confirmed, and they will vote against Sanchez.

UPN also intends to vote ‘no’ for the investiture and will closely monitor any concessions to EH-Bildu.
