Two arrested after drugs discovered at Orihuela beach party

Policia Local in Orihuela have arrested two people and cautioned 29 after breaking up a party on the beach in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Officers were called to the Campoamor urbanization at around 4am on Sunday morning to reports of a party taking place on the beach.

During a raid at the location of the illegal event, drugs including cocaine and pills were discovered by police.

The two – aged 46 and 49 years of age – face charges of endangering public health as well as possession and the sale of drugs.
