Supreme Court Requests Investigations into Former Minister José Luis Ábalos
The Supreme Court has instructed the Guardia Civil’s Central Operational Unit to investigate the financial situation of former Minister José Luis Ábalos and his son, Victor as part of an ongoing corruption investigation.
Both have been summoned for questioning later this month as part of the Koldo Case.
The investigation extends to Koldo García, who has been asked to undergo handwriting analysis linked to allegations of corruption involving significant sums of money.
As part of the inquiry, the judge has requested an analysis of phone conversations and messages exchanged among several individuals, including Ábalos, García, and others associated with the case.
All those facing investigation deny any wrongdoing.
