Ministry of Interior announce rules for Gibraltese cross border traffic

The Ministry of the Interior has said that Spanish and Gibraltese residents, Spanish nationals and cross frontier workers will be able to cross the border into Spain, despite new border controls on the frontier between the British territory and Spain.

Those who did not meet that criteria would not be allowed onto Spanish territory, as cases of a new strain of the coronavirus have been detected on the Rock.

The Gibraltarian government has announced that flights from the UK are now under restriction, with controls similar to that of Spain.
