The PP Leader Criticises Government’s Economic Support Measures

Partido Popular leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has distanced his party from the government’s economic support for businesses facing United States tariffs.

In a speech yesterday, Mr. Feijóo accused the government of failing to accept any of his proposals and being engaged in covert negotiations with separatist parties.

He called the current measures worth €7.2 billion inadequate, and would not effectively support companies that require immediate financial relief.
