Spanish economy becomes one of the fastest growing in the Eurozone

The Spanish economy was one of the fastest growing in the Eurozone, according to data released by the European Central Bank this week.

The economy grew 0.7%, the fastest period of growth for two years, outperforming many other Eurozone countries including France and the Eurozone average.

The economy is set to expand 2.2 percent this year, twice the pace of the euro area, according to official estimates.
