Record Employment Growth in Spain’s Second Quarter

Spain has achieved record employment numbers in the second quarter, creating over five hundred thousand jobs.

The unemployment rate also dropped to ten point twenty nine percent, the lowest since 2008.

This has brought the active working population to 24.8 million, the highest on record.

Seven out of ten new jobs were created in the services sector according to the latest official data.
