Vox to table no-confidence vote on Monday
Vox has announced that it will table it’s motion of no-confidence in prime minister Pedro Sanchez this coming Monday.
The far-right party has said it will table it’s motion, along with an independent candidate to become the next prime minister, at the start of next week.
However the man who Vox has nominated has voiced his doubts that the vote will be in any way successful. Speaking on national television yesterday, Ramón Tamames said that according to bookmakers the chance of the vote passing is slim.
It came after PP leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo announced that PP will not be backing the Vox led vote, saying that it was being done with “little respect”, and that it could end up costing his party support.
