Algeciras terror attack suspect “saw devils” before attack
The main suspect who was detained after last months terroist attack in Algeciras, has said that he “saw devils” before launching his assault on three churches in the city which left a church warden dead and four others injured.
Yassine Kanjaa underwent a psychiatric examination as part of his pre-trial hearing, where legal practicioners are understood to be working to determine if he was mentally sound when the attack took place.
Overseeing the hearing, judge Joaquín Gadea said that Kanjaa remained a threat, and was placed on remand ahead of his trial.
