Historic Fugitive Captured in Móstoles

Policia Nacional in Madrid have arrested one of Spain’s most wanted fugitives.

Gregorio Navas Hernández had been on the run after failing to return to prison during a day’s leave.

He was found in a Móstoles home after being spotted by members of the public who alerted police.

Navas, with over twenty prior convictions, attempted to evade capture with family support and the wearing of disguises, but was ultimately apprehended after a surveillance operation was carried out on his home.
