0 A 43-year-old man has been arrested in Malaga City accused of starting a string of fires in rubbish bins as well as a vehicle between November 13 and November 20.
The string of fires, most started in the middle of the day, was investigated by local and national police.
After a surveillance operation took place, the suspect was arrested this week on charges of arson.
