Property sales see rise in Costa del Sol

The property market shows signs of strong growth, according to figures released this week.

The number of homes on the market has risen by over 12% compared to 2015, with over 13,500 properties changing hands in the first half of the year.

Nationally, the Costa del Sol sits in fourth position, behind Madrid, Barcelona and Alicante.

80% of the properties sold on the market at second hand.
