A man has appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London via videolink from HMP Wandsworth, accused of murdering two Scots in Spain.
A 44-year-old man has been charged with the killings of Ross Monaghan and Eddie Lyons Junior at Monaghans Bar in Fuengirola on 31st May.
The suspect was arrested by Merseyside Police the Friday before last under an international arrest warrant issued by Policia Nacional.
His full extradition hearing is expected to be held later this year.
