Constitutional Court Rejects Releasing Seven Former Officials Of The Andalusian Government In The ERE Case

The Constitutional Court has rejected the requests for release by seven former officials of the Andalusian Government who were convicted in the ERE case.

The court unanimously denied the requests to suspend the execution of their sentences, which range from six to nearly eight years of imprisonment.

The court cited the severity and social significance of the crimes committed as reasons for denying the suspension of the sentences.
