Mossos detain man on suspicion of child prostitution

Mossos D’Esquadra have arrested a 52-year-old man from Barcelona on suspicion of attempting to pay for illegal activities with an underage child.

The man – was was under investigation by various agencies since June – was arrested in Amposta after approaching children online.

During raids in his two properties, hard drives as well as other forms of data storage was confiscated.

The man has been released on bail ahead of his trial.
