Homeless man dies in Los Cristianos

A homeless man, who had a history of mental health problems, has died, local police in Los Cristianos have said.

The man, who was originally from Austria, was found to have passed away last Sunday when his remains were discovered amonst the palm trees where he had lived.

He had previously been treated for mental health issues at Candelaria hospital, however he was not undergoing any treatment at the time of his death.
