Tourism Sector Sees Job Growth in November

The tourism sector in Spain continues to report positive growth. In November, job registrations linked to tourism increased by 134,000, reaching over 2.7 million workers.

This marks a 5.2% rise compared to last year.

The increase in employment within the tourism sector outpaced the overall labour market growth of 3.2%.

Employment in tourism now accounts for 12.7% of total Social Security affiliations in the country.
