PSOE members vote in favour of coalition agreement

The members of PSOE have approved the planned coalition between themselves and Unidos Podemos, after the party ballot at the weekend.

92% of the membership of the party voted in favour of the establishment of the countries first ever coalition, with acting Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez retaining his role.

Over 100,000 votes were cast, with now other parties gauging support for the coalition and investiture vote in the coming days.
