Party leaders prepare for tonight’s televised debates

Campaigning ahead of next Sunday’s General Election will come to a pause today, as the main party leaders spend the day planning ahead of tonight’s televised debate.

The debate – the only one being held in this election – will allow the main parties to debate their planned policies, in an effort to gain the support of undecided members of the public.

The General Election this coming weekend will be the fourth in as many years, and comes after the failure to approve this years budget.
