Mobile World Congress gets underway in Barcelona

The worlds largest international mobile phone and technology event opens its doors today, as The Mobile World Congress 2023 gets underway.

Around 80,000 people will be in attendance this year at the event in Barcelona, a number that is lower than even pre-pandemic figures.

The 18th edition of the event will run from today until the end of the week, and will highlight the latest innovations in future mobile technology, with exhibitions and speakers from across the globe.

Recently it was confirmed that the MWC will continue in Barcelona until at least 2030.
