Two treated for smoke inhalation after fire in apartment block

Two people have been treated for smoke inhalation after being rescued from an apartment fire in Tenerife.

Emergency services were called to Camino Sitio Liter, Puerto de la Cruz in the early hours of Sunday morning to reports that a ground floor flat was ablaze.

Two men, aged 66 and 41-years-old were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene, before being taken to Hospiten Bellevue for treatment, where they are in a stable condition.
