Spanish Health Minister, Mónica García, will request the mandatory use of masks in healthcare centre’s due to the increase in respiratory virus infections.
Catalonia, Valencia, Murcia, and Aragón have already implemented this measure.
The use of masks will be temporary and implemented during the expected peak of infections in the third week of January.
