Still no agreement between socialists over Sanchez investiture
The latest discussions between PSOE and Podemos have failed to come to an agreement, as the clock ticks down towards an investiture vote.
Discussions between the acting Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and Podemos leader Pablo Iglesias have yet to come to a final decision on the formation of any political pacts ahead of the vote next month.
Disagreements over who will be in the cabinet appear to be the main sticking point, with PSOE maintaining that they would prefer to govern alone. Podemos are hoping to gain a seat around the cabinet table.
PSOE failed to gain a majority in the election at the end of April, yet won the most votes.
