Woman who died on outskirts of Torrevieja killed in accident

A woman who died in the early hours of Sunday morning in Torrevieja is believed to have fallen down stairs in an industrial estate near to a nightclub on the outskirts of the town.

The 39-year-old woman – who has not been named – is understood to have fallen down the stairs after a night out, suffering a fatal injury, killing her instantly.

Investigators have said that the case shows no signs of violence after video footage was viewed and a post mortem were carried out, and is being called a tragic accident.
