Elche police make surprise discovery after pulling over car

Polica Local in Elche had a surprise when stopping a vehicle, after it turned out that the driver was only 13-years-old.

The boy was spotted driving with his parents in the car near to Peña de las Águilas.

Polica Local have slammed the actions of the parents are illegal and also irresponsible.
