A 5.1 magnitude quake has rocked the island of La Palma – the strongest quake since the start of the siesmic cluster.

The quake was detected at 7.24 local time on Saturday morning, at a depth of 35km underground.
Data shows the epicentre of the quake was in the Villa de Mazo area, south east of the main eruption site.
