Army Medical Unit Successfully Evacuates Baby from Balearic Islands

The Army Medical Unit has successfully evacuated a baby from the Balearic Islands to Barcelona for emergency treatment at the Vall d’Hebron Hospital.

Defence Minister Margarita Robles praised the professionalism of the personnel involved.

The evacuation involved a T-21 aircraft and a skilled team including two doctors, one nurse, and four medical technicians.
