Yesterday I met with Tim Hemmings, the Uk’S, Deputy Head of Mission to Spain, just before he addressed a packed meeting of British residents in South Tenerife. He avoided politics (has to really) but did address practical issues like residencies, visas for regular ‘swallows’, worries for retirees, and a lot more.
