A coalition of right wing parties will rule Andalusia, for the first time in 36 years under a deal with the far right.
Partido Popular announced a coalition deal with centre-right party Ciudadanos yesterday.
Vox, an anti-immigrant party which won seats in Andalusia last year, will not be part of the new government, but has agreed to support the coalition.
In the election just over a month ago, the PP won 26 seats and Ciudadanos 21 short of the 55 seat majority.
Vox will now make up the voting numbers with their 12 seats.
PP’s Juanma Moreno will lead the new government, replacing PSOE’s Susana Diaz.
