A ships captain, who had fallen overboard from his Singaporean cargo ship has been rescued, after 16 hours in the sea,
Coast guards rescued the man, who had been clinging to a life buoy off of the coast near the port of Tarifa.
The man was taken ashore in a serious condition, including showing signs of hypothermia, exposure, and injuries sustained in the fall.
