The investigation into the death of eight-year-old Gabriel Cruz has revealed that he died on the day of his abduction.
Protests have been hold outside of the police station where the main suspect – the fathers partner – is currently being held, calling for justice for the boy who went missing two weeks ago.
The remains of the child were discovered in the boot of the suspects’ car, who remains at present the only suspect in the investigation. It’s understood she will appear before a district judge before Thursday afternoon to face charges in connection with the case.
