Memorial services to the victims of the 11th March Terrorist Attacks in Madrid were held yesterday, as the city marked 14 years since the atrocity.
193 people died, and over 1800 were injured in Europe’s worst terrorist attack since the Lockerbie bombing. The coordinated attack took place at four locations on the cities public transport network.
Events to mark the anniversary were held at the various stations and in the memorials to the victims across the country.
