Nearly 300 prehistoric caves near to Cádiz are on the list of the most threatened monuments in Europe, according to cultural heritage agency Europa Nostra.
The list of sites, which include the prehistoric remains, was published as part of the European Year of Cultural Heritage.
The caves contain paintings and engravings of animals, human beings and symbols dating back to the Paleolithic era over 20,000 years ago.
Churches, monuments and the Grimsby ice factory also make the list.
