Policia Nacional, Guardia Civil and the police force in Estonia have dismantled a Russian drug syndicate operating in the country.
Four of it’s top leaders have been attested in coordinated raids carried out last week in Malaga and also in Tallinn in Estonia.
The operation saw officers from each force working in opposite countries, in what officials are calling a significant series of arrests.
Those detained in Spain are now awaiting extradition proceedings to Estonia, where they face trial on a number of drug and organised crime related charges.
