230 ground handling staff at Alicante-Elche airport are set to go on strike over the Easter weekend in a dispute over unpaid wages.
The industrial action is expected to take place from Friday morning until Monday at midnight.
Overdue pay, as well as holiday and overtime payments and workers rights have been a cause of concern for staff at Lesma, the handling agent for the budget airline in Alicante-Elche Airport.
It is hoped that an agreement will be made at the 11th hour to prevent disruption for passengers.
