Negotiations to form a new Government in Catalonia have restarted, after concerns were raised about negotiations stalling.
Junts per Catalunya and ERC have resumed talks, after nearly a week away from the negotiating table.
The talks restarted after Roger Torrent declared that whoever was nominated as president could not hold the position in exile.
Meanwhile Puigdemont’s PDeCAT party have declared that they will be the party that will form a government.
It is hoped that talks will result in a new government within the next two to three weeks.
