A search and rescue operation has been launched for a missing fisherman who was dragged into the sea in Mallorca.
The man was pulled into the water whilst fishing at Santa Ponça in the southwest of the island.
Weather warnings remain in place for parts of the country today, for high winds, low temperatures and rough seas. People are being advised to avoid bathing in the sea, and to be cautious near coastal areas.
The weather also resulted in thousands of people being without electricity. Nearly 4,600 homes and businesses in Galicia were reported to have lost their electricity supply due to the storm.
