The Housing Price Index – a guage of the price of nationwide housing stock – has fallen nationally by a point, standing at 6.2%.
New homes saw the biggest fall in prices, down 1.7% compared to the last quarter.
In the Canaries the average price of a home fell above the national average, down 1.5% compared to the end of last year.
Across the Valencian region the average price of a home fell below the national average, down 0.7% compared to the end of last year.
And in Catalonia the average price of a home fell above the national average, down 1.6% compared to the end of last year.
Cantabria, Murcia, Castilla-La Mancha and Galicia were the only regions that saw an increase quarter on quarter.
